Credit Union for Brent and Ealing

In preparation for the merger of the Credit Union for Brent and Ealing Ltd (CUBE), the web site has been taken down. All members’ details including balances will be transferred to this new web site on the 3^rd October, when you will be able to register for the new member’s area – see below for details of how to do this. This site will provide much more reliable information with balances update hourly. In addition you will have access to the following services:

• Update all your personal details including address and mobile number
• Make share withdrawals up to £5,000, providing you do not have an existing loan
• Apply for a loan
• Change your password

You will need your new member number to activate the access to your account. We will write to each CUBE member with details of their new member number. The system used to calculate the new member number is as follows:

If you have an existing 4 digit number – a 1 will be added at the front i.e. Member 3214 will become 13214. If you have an existing 3 digit member number you will need to add 10 i.e. 461 will become 10461.

If you have a standing order to the Credit Union, you will need to change where you make a payment too – please use the following details:

• Coop Bank
• Account Name – Hillingdon Credit Union
• Sort Code 08-02-28
• Account number – 50673681

You must quote your new member number – if you are not sure what this please give us a call.

There will be a new email address for all communications – please update your records – info@londoncb.co.uk The telephone numbers for the office will remain the same – 01895 250956 or 01895 250958

How to register for online access

To access the member’s area you will need to click on the following link hillingdon.cuaccount.com/login/ and reregister yourself. You will need your new member number which we will have advised you of – see above for details.

Your old password has NOT been transferred to this site but you are free to reuse this password if you wish, at the point of registration.

1. When you go to the members site - hit the activation account button on right hand side
2. Complete your first name and member number (call us on 01895 250958 if you do not know this number)
3. To verify who you are the system will either send you an email or text from the data we hold - you chose which format

Then choose your own 8-digit password, which must contain:

1. One capital letter
2. One lower case letter
3. One number

 No special characters are allowed.

 That is it - you have now completed the registration process - enjoy the new site.
