Our main office is located within the Civic Centre in Uxbridge and is open 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Contact number is 01895 250958. At the present time we are not accepting visitors

In addition we have the following access points for the provision of forms and general advice:

1. Brent Mutual is our branch for people who live or work in Brent and is located at 36-38 Willesden Lane, Kilburn, NW6 7ST. It is run by Advice4Renters which also provides a money management service every weekend.  Contact us on 020 7624 4327 to join or to find out more.
